Senior Business Analyst - Data & Marketing (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Actively identify and manage current and potential stakeholders from other teams, departments or business units.
  • Take the initiative in managing and driving projects or services in a high traffic environment (e.g. on xing.com)
  • Collect and assess new requirements in the light of feasibility within the current setup
  • Closely collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. Product Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Business Intelligence) to clarify requirements and underlying impact for our users.
  • Create and and maintain the long- and short-term roadmap for the team, resulting in backlogs prioritised best according to our overall department and company strategy.
  • Manage external providers and act as their main contact.
 

Your skills:

  • In addition, you have already gained 3 to 5 years of professional experience in managing digital products, preferably in the areas of Analytics and Online Marketing
  • Experienced in working with agile methods and combining classic with agile approaches 
  • Experienced in defining business processes, uses cases and deriving user stories from discussions with stakeholders
  • Technical understanding of infrastructure and architecture to be able to discuss technical approaches with Engineers
  • You are a team-player, who likes to make decisions and loves to take responsibility even in complex projects or processes
  • Excellent communication skills combined with fluency in English to represent the team to stakeholders as well as the upper management (proficiency in German is a plus).
